Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using an NB App Studio app or service, you agree to these Terms of Use and any applicable app-store terms. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable app or service.

License to use our apps

NB App Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for their intended personal, ministry, organizational, or business purposes, subject to these terms and applicable platform rules.

Your content

You retain responsibility for screenshots, photos, videos, text, notes, graphics, church content, and other material you import, create, or share using our apps. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to use that content.

Creative exports

Apps such as NB Mockup Studio and NB Reel Studio may help you create or export graphics and media. You are responsible for reviewing your final output, ensuring factual accuracy, and confirming that your use of images, logos, trademarks, music, video, or other third-party material is authorized.

Purchases

Some apps may include paid features through Apple or another app-store provider. Prices are displayed by the applicable store at the time of purchase. Purchases, billing, refunds, restoration, and payment processing are subject to the platform provider's rules. A non-consumable purchase is not a subscription unless the purchase screen expressly says otherwise.

Beta software

Beta or TestFlight versions are provided for testing and may contain bugs, incomplete features, data-loss risks, or behavior that changes before release. Beta testers should not rely on unreleased software for critical workflows.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse our apps or services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer them except where permitted by law, distribute malicious content, or use them in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

NB App Studio names, branding, app designs, source code, graphics, and original content are owned by NB App Studio LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of that material to you.

Availability and changes

We may improve, modify, replace, discontinue, or change features as products evolve. We do not guarantee that every feature or service will remain available indefinitely.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our apps and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or that an app will meet every particular need.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NB App Studio LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use our apps or services.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as our products and services evolve. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
